The two relationships a phone can have with a radio.

They are different things with different lifecycles, and Swift should model them as different objects: “my radio” is exactly one, tethered, and re-provisioned on every attach; “radios I administer” is any number, configured but never claimed. One list must not serve both.

Variants

Tethered

This phone is the radio’s tethered host: it claims the radio and the radio filters, queues and acknowledges on its behalf.

Administrative

This phone is administering the radio without claiming it. A phone commissioning ten repeaters must not write its host key on any of them.
