}Expand description
How a property’s octets are meant to be read.
Enough to render a value a person can check and to accept one typed
by hand. Anything whose shape is a structure rather than a scalar —
a battery snapshot, an interleaved location, a table of keys — is
PropertyType::Bytes, which is an honest answer: the octets are
the value, and whatever decodes them knows more than this table does.
Numerics are little-endian, as ULCP has them throughout.
Variants§
Bool
One octet, 0 or 1.
U8
U16
U32
I8
I16
I32
Text
UTF-8, NUL-terminated on the wire.
Key32
A 32-octet Ed25519 public key or channel key.
Status
A status code in PUI form.
Bytes
Octets whose meaning is structural, not scalar.
