How this board serves PROP_ALERT.

timeout_ms: u32

How long ALERT_LOCATE runs before the device returns itself to ALERT_NONE. The spec requires some bound and recommends a few minutes: a lost radio is usually a nearly-flat radio, and the host that armed the alert is by definition somewhere else.
