This browser can’t flash your radio. Flashing from the page needs Chrome, Edge, or Opera on a desktop, because those are the browsers that can talk to USB serial devices. You can still pick your board below and download its firmware to flash by hand.
The flasher installs published releases. To build the firmware yourself you need a Rust toolchain and nothing else—Rust cross-compiles for the nRF52840 on its own:

Espressif boards need one extra step, because the Xtensa processors use their own Rust compiler:
cargo install espup espflash && espup install
Put the board into its bootloader, then run its make flash-<board> target.
